Our dedicated insurance desk handles the entire pre-authorisation and claims process so you can focus entirely on your health.

For after-hours emergencies, the duty manager at the admission counter can initiate emergency pre-authorisation on your behalf.

If your claim is rejected or partially approved, our insurance desk will help you file an appeal with the supporting medical documentation. For reimbursement claims (where you pay and seek a refund from your insurer), we provide a detailed discharge summary, itemised bill, investigation reports, and any other documents your insurance company requires. Our team is experienced in handling claims across all major insurers and is happy to guide you through the process.
