Admission & Stay

A smooth, well-coordinated admission process so you can focus on getting better.

Admission Process

A step-by-step guide from consultation to discharge.

1

Consultation & Decision

Your treating doctor will evaluate your condition and recommend admission if in-patient care, surgery, or observation is required.

2

Pre-Admission Formalities

Visit the admission desk with your documents. Our team will explain the estimated costs, room options, and insurance pre-authorisation process.

3

Room Allocation & Settling In

Once formalities are complete, you will be escorted to your room. The nursing team will orient you to the ward, introduce your care team, and address any immediate needs.

4

Treatment & Monitoring

Your doctor and nursing staff will carry out the treatment plan, keep you informed at every step, and involve you in decisions about your care.

5

Discharge Planning

As you recover, the team will prepare your discharge summary, follow-up plan, prescriptions, and any insurance claim documentation.

Documents Required

Valid photo ID of the patient (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport)
Valid photo ID of the next of kin / attendant
Insurance card or TPA authorisation letter (for cashless claims)
Referral letter and previous medical records
Recent investigation reports (blood tests, imaging)
Advance deposit as per estimated package (for non-insurance patients)

Room & Ward Options

Choose the accommodation that suits your needs and comfort.

General Ward

A clean, well-ventilated shared ward with individual beds, curtain partitions, and shared bathroom facilities. Includes nursing care, meals, and basic amenities.

Semi-Private Room

A two-sharing room with an attached bathroom, television, and a bedside attendant chair. Ideal for patients who want more privacy at an affordable rate.

Private Room

A fully private air-conditioned room with an attached bathroom, television, sofa-cum-bed for the attendant, and room service for meals. Designed for comfort and complete privacy.

ICU Bed

Equipped with multi-parameter monitoring, ventilator support, infusion pumps, and round-the-clock intensivist and nursing coverage for critically ill patients.

Attendant Guidelines

One attendant is allowed per patient during visiting hours (10 AM – 12 PM and 4 PM – 7 PM).
ICU patients may be visited briefly by one family member during designated times.
Attendants are requested to maintain silence in corridors and respect other patients' rest.
Outside food is discouraged for admitted patients; dietary requirements are managed by our kitchen.
Please wear the visitor badge issued at the front desk at all times during your visit.

Insurance & Cashless Support

We offer cashless hospitalisation with major insurance providers. Check if your insurer is on our panel.

Discharge Process

Discharge is initiated by your treating doctor once clinical recovery criteria are met. The process includes a final examination, preparation of the discharge summary with medication and follow-up instructions, settlement of the hospital bill (or insurance claim closure), and a brief counselling session by the nursing team on home care, diet, and warning signs to watch for.
